REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Regulation General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance)
Pursuant to article 13 of the aforementioned decree law, Informiamo Sky House processes personal data of customers, suppliers, collaborators, visitors to its site, to third party sites and also to subjects who have voluntarily communicated directly, by telephone, via fax, via email , their personal data via chat.

According to the law indicated (ref. Art. 2 – Purpose), Sky House guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, identity personal and the right to protection of personal data.

This information refers to those who interact with the web services accessible electronically from the address, also provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196.


Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

The “owner” of their processing is SkyHouse which is based in Via chiatamone 55, Naples, Italy


The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned Sky House headquarters and is handled only by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.


The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.


The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site or the sending of personal data or banking data involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message or in the content of the purchase and/or contact registration form.

No personal data of users is acquired by the site for this purpose, unless specific voluntary consent is given during web browsing, telephone calls, emails or other means of communication.


Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms to Sky House or otherwise indicated in contacts with the Office to request the sending of informative material or other communications.

Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

For completeness it should be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to art. 156, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 196/2003, for the purposes of controlling the processing of personal data. In these cases the response is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.


Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.


The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (art.7, Legislative Decree 196/2003).
